Hey,
As we promised, we read your comments/messages, here is some info that may answer your questions:
- I saw that more of you want to change something in their survey. You will be able to change your Band Size, Band Model, Band Color, Watch Edition, Shipping Address on Backerkit, don't worry about it.
- It's complicated to change the reward from Dagadam Watch to Dagadam Watch S or vice-versa, but not impossible. With a few days from shipping we are going to make an update and if you want to change the reward we may have the possibility to do it. You need to remind us at that time.
- We are going to make an update with a schematic draw about how to choose the Band Size.

First Surveys

Hey Dear Team,
We just finished sending the last Kickstarter reward surveys.
If you pledged more than one reward you will be able to choose the other/s reward/s in the Backerkit platform. We are going to start the Backerkit process after we receive the funds from Kickstarter.
Pledge for Extra Rewards: If you'd like to pledge for extra rewards you can do it on Backerkit (you need to wait until we start it) or Indiegogo (available now). We are currently on Indiegogo InDemand program!
Payment Errors: The payment errors should be resolved in 2 more days. Unfortunately, if you cannot resolve this problem Kickstarter will cancel the pledge.
More Rewards on Kickstarter: Those of you who pledged for more than one reward will need to wait until the Backerkit process to choose the other rewards.
We are going to reply slower to your messages/comments because we are working on development and production! Don't worry, we are going to read all of your comments/messages and if we don't reply that means we are going to make an update that answers your question.

Surveys & Payments & Backerkit

Hey Dear Team,
Surveys: We are going to send the Kickstarter's surveys at the beginning of the next week. That's the reason you didn't receive it yet!
Payments: Kickstarter started collecting the funds and some of you probably received an email with an "ACTION NEEDED", because the platform couldn't collect the pledge. To resolve this issue you can change your payment method or contact your bank. The bank may block the payment to protect you from fraud issues!
ATTENTION: If Kickstarter won't be able to collect the pledges in maximum 2 weeks, unfortunately, the pre-order is considered canceled.
Backerkit: Each one of you will have a Backerkit account where you can manage your pledge, shipping details etc.. The Backerkit process will start after we receive the funds raised on Kickstarter.
You also can add more rewards on Backerkit.

Correction!
The backers have 7 days to resolve payment issues before they're dropped from the project.
I'm sorry for this mistake!
Kickstarter's answer:
A project I'm backing just succeeded and my pledge was declined. What do I do?
If your pledge was declined, log in to Kickstarter and click the “Fix payment” button in the banner at the top of your screen. This will guide you through the process of changing your payment method. We'll also send you an email every 48 hours with a direct link to correct the issue. But don't delay: backers have 7 days to resolve payment issues before they're dropped from the project. We'll also automatically retry your pledge at the end of this timeframe.
It may not necessarily be the case that there’s a specific issue with your card, so much as that you’ll need to ask your bank why this charge in particular is being declined. You may also want to include the details of this transaction, such as:
- The charge being from Kickstarter.
- The amount pledged for the project.
- The date when Kickstarter attempted to collect your pledge
- this was the date that the project you backed ended. If the project hasn't ended yet, you can use the date you attempted to pledge.
Once you’ve contacted your bank, feel free to log in to the Kickstarter account from which you pledged and click the “Fix Payment” button in the “Action Needed” banner.
