Clarifications regarding refund requests

Dear backers,
I wanted to post this update in order for you to understand why we cannot issue refunds.
After the last update where we posted the wireless charging dock, some of you purchased it and demanded a refund.
The reason why we cannot do it is because the money is already wired for the production process and shipments. If we refund one product then we could start a chain reaction to refund everyone else but the money won't be the same as you paid because of taxes and commissions which will result in more money to be refunded than you paid for a product and thus not being able to pay for the products production in the first place.
So this is why we cannot refund anybody until the products are shipped to you.

Update on Shipping & Production!

We are really sorry for the late update and our hard communication. We encountered some issues which we are going to explain below.

CURRENT ISSUES:
Not too long after we finished our campaign we spoke with our manufacturer to start the production. After a few days, they told us that our current PCBA isn't compatible with Ticwear OS Global Edition (in contradiction with what they told us before the campaign). We managed to resolve this issue by finding a new PCBA with better performances and verified with Ticwear OS Global Edition.
After this, we thought we can start the production but we couldn't because we found out that some other hardware components (Display, Touchscreen etc.) weren't compatible with the new PCBA and our manufacturer didn't have the right suppliers to provide us with the compatible hardware.
So, we started to search for a new manufacturer and managed to find one with more experience and the right suppliers to ensure our smartwatch needs. Next Monday, I and Bogdan will fly to China again, meet our partner (Mobvoi), the new manufacturer and hope that all these issues will be resolved and quickly start the production.
Unfortunately, these problems delayed our shipping date. We cannot tell you exactly how much longer it will take but we will keep Adrian updated so he will give you the news.

The last day to make final updates to your order is 15 June. After this date, we will lock your reward selections. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.
