Backerkit:
We will send/publish an email/update with a special link to BackerKit surveys tomorrow or a day after tomorrow. It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email/update!
If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.

If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account.

I saw some of you concerned about our communication.
Unfortunately, we don't afford a special employee only for support. I hope you can understand this!
We are working on manufacturing the watches and find the best solution to provide a high-quality product.
We've sent the Kickstarter surveys to all our backers (we cannot choose to send them only to some of you), if anyone of you didn't receive it, isn't our fault (Kickstarter platform send them automatically), but please don't worry and be patient. When we receive the funds (still didn't), we are going to pay the Backerkit service and send the surveys with them.
As we already mentioned, you can change band size, watch edition, shipping address, choose the other rewards (if you pledged for more), add extra bands etc. on Backerkit.
Please keep in mind that we are a Start-Up and we all are on the same team. You want to receive a great product and we want to make a great product.
